Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

• Defective

• Incorrect

• Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos

• Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund if approved.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe (2–8 business days U.S.), please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

 

 

Returns

 

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided by customer

• Items used or opened

In some cases, we may request a return if required by our fulfillment partner.
